The Reading Room

Where Thoughts Found Words

Some conversations end when the audience leaves the room.
Ideas do not.

They continue to evolve through reflection, writing, dialogue, experience and discovery.

Welcome to The Reading Room—my intellectual home.

This is where keynote conversations become essays, mentoring insights become leadership frameworks, lived experiences become lessons, and fleeting thoughts find permanence. Every article, reflection, publication and resource here contributes to a larger philosophy that has shaped my work over the years:

The Spectrum Within™

Whether you arrive here after hearing me speak, reading The Kintsugi Life, attending a leadership programme, or discovering a LinkedIn post, I hope you leave with one idea worth carrying forward.

Because the most powerful ideas are rarely the loudest.
They are the ones that quietly change how we lead, think and live.

The Reading Room

Every Thought
Has A
Shelf

Ideas don’t exist in isolation. They connect, evolve and build upon one another. Rather than organising this space chronologically, I’ve curated my reflections into four evolving bookshelves—each representing a dimension of my work and my thinking. As new conversations emerge, these shelves will continue to grow.

For years, I’ve shared reflections on leadership, culture, resilience, inclusion, wellbeing, purpose, and the changing world of work — first explored in conversation, then written into essays and thought pieces shared through LinkedIn. Those writings now have a lasting home here — curated, categorised, and given the architecture they deserve: not a feed, but a body of work. Not posts, but an evolving philosophy.

Beyond LinkedIn

Many of these ideas first begin as short reflections shared on LinkedIn.

Some remain exactly as they were written.

Others evolve into keynote conversations, leadership programmes, research papers, books and long-form essays.

The Thinking Room is where those ideas find a permanent home.

It is a living library that will continue to grow—with new books, publications, research, learning resources and conversations added over time.

Because ideas deserve more than a timeline.
They deserve a legacy.

Continue The
Conversation

If something you read here challenged your thinking, encouraged reflection or inspired action, then this room has served its purpose.

I believe the most meaningful ideas are shaped through dialogue.

Whether you’re looking for a keynote speaker, leadership advisor, mentor, board member, collaborator or simply wish to continue the conversation, I’d be delighted to hear from you.

Explore. Reflect. Share.

And if you’d like to receive future essays, reflections and leadership insights, connect with me on LinkedIn or subscribe to future updates.

The conversation is only just beginning.
